Community Service is an integral aspect of our brotherhood. Each brother participates in at least two Kappa Tau philanthropy events per semester, but many of our brothers go above and beyond. These events provide a place for our chapter to bond with each other as well as give back to the community.
Each year, the chapter’s community service looks a little different. As brothers come and go, our chapter is gifted with new talents. Our Vice President of Community Service is in charge of looking at the strengths of our chapter and seeing the best ways that we can aid our community. Some of the brother’s favorite reoccurring community service events are volunteering at Clemson Elementary’s Art After School program, facilitating events at the Clemson Downs nursing home, and visiting the Ronald McDonald House, our national philanthropy. Each semester provides new and exciting opportunities for our chapter to become more involved with the community around us.
We are excited to grow our relationships with these organizations and are eager to get involved with the Clemson area. If you want to learn more about our service ventures or believe we can aid your organization, please email our Vice President of Community Service, Lauren Ervin: email@example.com.
